Tune In offers fun, relaxed sessions exploring natural ways to breathe, move and SING!
Sessions are relaxing and uplifting - combining mindfulness, breath and body awareness, vocal exercises and of course lots of singing! Songs to soothe the soul and lift the spirits, all taught in an inclusive way by ear - so no music reading or previous experience needed! Being online with our mics turned off, you can sing your heart out from the comfort of home and take what you need from each and every session, helping you find a natural connection to your breath, body and voice.
It’s been shown that singing can improve a range of health conditions from asthma to anxiety, as well as enrich the lives of those who simply want to sing to feel GOOD! You can attend on a session-by-session basis and each stands alone as a complete session so it doesn’t matter if it’s your first of your twentieth session. It’s so beautiful to see each other, breathe, move, sing and connect with others.
Tune In is open to all ages 18+, no matter your singing ability, experience, ethnicity, gender or personal goals for your wellbeing - all voices are warmly welcome! 😊 I aim to provide a welcoming space to express yourself through song, make beautiful connections and celebrate your natural voice.
